Group email automatic import doesn;t work

i'm using SugarCRM CE 6.5.13.

i set up a group email and it worked.... ones,
after that, the automatic import doesn't work anymore.
the case emails are not automatically imported into the case (history panel)
and in the email module i don't see anymore group emails except the two that succeeded before the stop.
tried everything:

1. 'test Settings' again in the Admin--> inbound Emails --> Group email settings passed successfully.
2. schedulers are working ok and 'Check Inbound Mailboxes' scheduler work too.
3. repair rebuild passed ok, the 'Repair inbound email accounts', 'Rebuild Schedulers', and 'Quick Repair and Rebuild' all ok. and also delete browser cache.
4. nothing in the sugarcrm.log.

has anyone using Group Emails in the CE version? Does it work ok for you?
Does anyone have more ideas i didn;t try?

this is very critical to me.
