Error in license on local machine for Enterprise edition

I am setting the SugarCRM enterprise edition on my local server. I am trying to set up the license by Manual Validation but after importing the key it is showing the following error:

 

Error: Could not connect to the Sugar Server. Please check your Proxy Settings value in the System Settings admin panel. Last attempted connection @ 02/13/2018 03:19pm

 

Can anyone suggest what values I should enter in these proxy setting for my local machine
