I have automated reports that are scheduled to be emailed at the end of each day. They have not run since mid-April. Has anyone else had this issue?
Double check sugarcrm.log. Hopefully you will see some clue in there.
Have you checked if the Scheduler "Run Report Generation Scheduled Task" is active and configured correctly?

Where is the system hosted? At SugarCRM? In your own evironment? In a partner cloud?
Do you have acces to the output of the cron job?
