The problem with updating sugar_grp7.min.js after repair

Hello everybody.
I created my module for SugarCRM and in this module I added the JS plugin to the existing JSGroupings (sugar_grp7.min.js) as written in the documentation http://support.sugarcrm.com/Documentation/Sugar_Developer/Sugar_Developer_Guide_8.0/Architecture/Extensions/JSGroupings/… .

But after installing the module and removing the cache (Quick Repair and Rebuild), I encountered a problem - the browser does not update the sugar_grp7.min.js file. On the server in this file the code of my JS plugin is added, but in the browser the file has not changed. The problem is that the SugarCRM does not update {VERSION_MARK} "?v=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" of the file and the browser does not download the new file. It helps to solve the problem only "Reloads your current page, ignoring cached content. " in Chrome.
Can someone encounter such a problem and know how to solve it without "Reloads your current page, ignoring cached content. "?

Thanks
