Using reports, havent been able to do that so far....1000 contacts max.???
I need to have, first name, last name, email, phone number, company name, city, state.
For a simple list of contacts like this, I would advise just using the Export option from Contacts list view. There is still a 1000 row max for exports, but you can easily apply a secondary filter to create several smaller, exportable batches of results. For example, if the account contains contacts from multiple locations, filter on Account Name + Postal Code or Country and then repeat the export for each region.

Thanks. How could I start over with the second set of 1000 contacts after the 1st 1000?
Create a list and columns report, filter for the accounts/contacts, chose your columns and export the result into excel. it is not limited to any record count and includes just the columns you need and also the visible values instead of the system values.
Thanks Bjorn. I have tried what you suggest but the modules and filters its kind of confusing and it never shows the account name when I try it and duplicates some contacts like 10 times (even though these are only inputted once by us).
Can anyone explain step by step how to create a contacts report that includes the Account Name, First Name , Last Name, City, State, Phone and Email?
This should explain the process. https://screencast.com/t/z2BTkGWbW7
1. Create a report from type rows and columns. click next
2. select the contacts module
3. set up your filter only if you want to limit the results. If you want to have all contacts within, just skip and click next
4. For getting access to the fields from the accounts module, click on the accounts module in related modules. The available fields list will change to the accounts fields:
The accounts name field will be added to the list of chosen columns. Don't forget to change the label to a better one as "name" i.e. "Account name "
When you get duplicated entries in your report, the record has been selected several times by your filter criteria and/or you have set up a reports based on accounts.
If you have access to the Sugar instance's config_override.php you could override the max fetch size, e.g.
$sugar_config['max_record_fetch_size'] = 10000;
Then you should be able to export more records at once.
Thank you everyone, specially Bjorn Canales!
