Notification showing another employee is calling or viewing case

    For example multiple employees(sugar users) have been assigned the same case for a campaign, 

    If one employee tries to go onto that case while another employee is on there either perusing or making the call to the client, the second employee would see a notification showing that another employee is calling or viewing that case.
    This will prevent an employee calling a client within minutes of that client is getting a call.

    This should be available so that employees don't have to check if anyone else has just called or is currently speaking with every client they have to call.
