Agfa, a provider of global healthcare imaging solutions, had just finished a global implementation of Sugar for managing Contacts, Accounts and Opportunities. When it came time to add Forecasting to its CRM initiative - Agfa needed to insure its configuration of Sugar matched its sales practices. In this session, Agfa’s Doug Irvine will outline how he worked with SugarCRM to build a streamlined, highly effective forecasting tool for its global salesforce.
