Beginning on August 7th, 2017, we have been making back-end changes to the login system used in the community. These changes should be transparent for all users (other than a slightly faster login process). While no issues are anticipated as a result of these changes, there is a chance that some users may encounter an error saying: 

Jive SSO Error
An error occurred while attempting authentication through single sign-on (SSO)

This error requires updates to your account by a community administrator. Please email  community-support@sugarcrm.com to report this issue and request assistance.
