Liking is the ability to quickly show support for a valuable piece of content or response.  Any content or response can be liked.

  1. To like a piece of content, click the link button on the right side below the bookmark or share button.
  2. To like a comment or reply, click the like link in the bottom right corner of the reply/comment.
  3. The number of likes each has received will appear next to the link and button.  Clicking the number will show you who else has chosen to like that content or reply.

Helpful can only be added to replies to discussion threads, whereas Likes can be used across all content types.

If someone replies to a question with a response that isn't the correct answer but has additional useful information, the response can be marked as helpful.
