SugarCRM is pleased to announce that version 5.2.0 of the Customer Journey Plug-in is now available.
This latest release introduces the ability for administrators to limit the number of running journeys allowed for a template per parent record using the Active Journey Limit field on the customer journey template record. This release also introduces support for Sugar's upcoming Winter '20 release and addresses issues identified in prior releases of the Customer Journey Plug-in.
