Sugar 8.0 End-of-Life (EOL)
Sugar 8.0 will reach its End-of-Life (EOL) date on October 31st, 2019, meaning SugarCRM will no longer be providing customer support, maintenance patches, or bug fixes for 8.x. All customers deployed on-site and still using Sugar 8.0 in production should consider one of the following options at this time:
- Migrate to Sugar Cloud prior to the End-of-Life date to automatically stay on the most recent version of Sugar. All requests to migrate to Sugar Cloud must be submitted by October 31st, 2019.
- Upgrade to Sugar 9.0, which will be supported until October 31, 2020, with an optional 12 months of extended support available for purchase.
- Purchase extended support for version 8.0, which extends support through October 31, 2020. This will ensure customers running 8.0 beyond October 31st, 2019 will be eligible to receive critical security fixes. Please reach out to your SugarCRM sales representative for additional details about this program, or send an email to sales@sugarcrm.com.
