Sugar 7.7 reached its End-of-Life (EOL) date on October 15th, 2017. All customers deployed On-Premise on this version in production should upgrade to version 7.9 as SugarCRM will no longer provide customer support, maintenance patches, or bug fixes for 7.7. The same will be true for 7.8 on December 1, 2017 when it reaches End-of-Life as well. Version 7.9 will be supported through November 15, 2018.
