UpCurve Cloud has been awarded the 2018 SugarCRM North American Partner of the Year, as well as Elite status, the highest tier in the SugarCRM reseller program. The Elite status is determined by meeting product competency requirements, joint sales execution, customer retention, and driving new Sugar business during the preceding fiscal year.

Ticomix’s CRM Division have been colleagues and friends for a very long time and share the same CRM roots and are excited to work with W-Systems. Kevin Reichley has joined W-Systems as Director of Sales for the US Central States, and Matthew Cooke is filling a new role as Director of Customer Success based out Washington D.C. / Virginia.
