Every time I make a new account, I want to be able to bulk-assign all of the tasks in the customer journey to one team. But how do I do this?   When I click 'configure', I can select a team but it also insists on having the external developer who made it selected (even if I delete them, it pops back up), meaning that it doesn't work! How can I modify the Customer Portal layout to display the "Resolution" field only if the field contains text / information? The goal is to not have the Resolution field visible in the Customer portal if it is empty.    Thoughts about the best way to do this, if possible? Thanks so much for any insight!

Whats happening is the new lines or line returns are being copied over as <br /> text.   Is there a way to stripe this out? also I'm hoping it an option somewhere and not a logic-hook method.   Thanks

Is there a SugarCRM administrators manual that I can buy or download?  I wanted a hard copy to study,  put notes in and to read when not in from of my computer.  I found a couple of them but looks like they are outdated.
