Hi there, As keyuser/admin, I'm asked to do several mass updates on our contact and opportunity records. An average mass update request is involving about 10,000 records. However, Sugar only seem to work in chunks of 1000 records ? (although the configuration doesn't show an entry in the max records field which is empty so should be limitless… (Show more)

Hi,   I'm trying to send scheduled reports as pdf, does SugarCRM provide this feature? Currently reports are being sent as html in email body. Any advise or guidance would be greatly appreciated.   Thank you.

About 2 years into Sugar and I've discovered that not all our contacts were imported. The files were uploaded but something must have happened during import that caused some records not to get in there.   I have the spreadsheet of what was supposed to be uploaded and I exported what's in Sugar. I am setting up an advanced workflow to change Lead status to assigned if Assigned to User is changed.  I cannot change the action type. If I right click on the Action, I get context menu for Process definition.   Validation shows "Action type is [Unassigned]."   Start event and termination are configured and attached. What am I missing?

My users get an e-mail notifying them that they have been assigned a quoted line item whenever they add an item to a quote.  They receive one for each item so if they have 20 lines on a quote, they get 20 e-mails.  There is not a process in place for this.  Any ideas on where else I should look to turn this off?
